Having PCOS affects your mental health so do hyperthyroidism does . Both causes mental breakdown, i always have anxiety attact . Not almost everyday but everyday. I always have thought what if i die this day ? How's my family , my daughter???! Everyday i alwaya have fear of dying. I wanna remove all these thinking in mind. And all of these feelings im feeling right now(shaking) . OH GOD please heal me and everyone who is suffering from illness.
